"Traffic jam can be a blessing. Driving around to avoid the jam and looking for food, stumbled across this interesting place. The picture of the roast duck attracted us. The rest was history. Ordered the duck and the kang kong belacan. One of the best we had so far. Juicy, crispy and no duck meat odour. WIR: A big yes."

"Good place for a meal. Famous for dry curry chicken, curry fish head, durian bomb and others. Nice durian can be found during durian season. Sang har mee is ok, tasted better some where else."

"Random Recommendation by Ciarra Tried the beef kuey teow — nicely done with a strong wok hei aroma. Fried sotong is fairly standard but maintains good crispiness. The asam pedas steamed fish is flavourful, paired with mixed vegetables like French beans, capsicum, onions, and tomatoes. Service is excellent — friendly staff and boss. The place is pork-free and has many regular customers. Definitely worth a visit!"

"Friendly staff and nice food. Car park is plenty during dinner hour. Must try is Shang Har Mee (Big Prawn Noddle) and Minced meat Taufu. It is now becoming one of the most popular restaurant in this area. There now many more dushes. They also sell durian and egg tarts both of which are yum-delicious."

"The Sang Har noodles were delicious, though a bit pricey—I ordered the small portion with prawn. The asam sotong and kangkung belacan were not bad either. I went during lunch, and the place was quite busy and noisy, mainly because there was an uncle singing outside the shop. No offense—the singing was okay, but personally, I prefer a quieter dining environment."
